How to make Oreo Cheesecake Brownie Bars

When you just can't choose between brownies, cookies and cheesecake, these bars make the decision for you—have them all! These easy, five-ingredient treats feature a Pillsbury™ Place & Bake™ chocolate fudge brownie base with a simple cheesecake filling that's topped with chopped Oreo cookies. Make these for your next party or potluck for a dessert that appeals to every sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • package (16 oz) Pillsbury™ Place & Bake™ refrigerated chocolate fudge brownies
  • package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • egg 
  • 1/2 cup chopped Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies (about 4 cookies)
The Oreo Cheesecake Brownie Bars
Recipe is incredibly easy. It contains simple ingredients that you should already
have on hand.
Pillsbury™ Place & Bake™ refrigerated chocolate fudge brownies
Cream cheese, Sugar, Egg, Chopped Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, allowing foil to hang over sides of pan for easy removal after baking. Spray with cooking spray.
  2. Press brownies evenly into bottom of pan. Bake 22 to 24 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of brownies comes out almost clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
  3. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, scraping down side of bowl frequently. Pour cheesecake mixture onto brownie base. Sprinkle cookies on top of cheesecake mixture.
  4. Bake 23 to 28 minutes or until center is set. Cool 30 minutes. Refrigerate about 3 hours or until well chilled. Remove bars from pan, and remove foil. To serve, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Bars are best served same day.

    Expert Tips

Line your pan with foil for easy removal and cleanup.
To quickly soften cream cheese, remove from wrapper, and place on microwavable plate. Microwave uncovered on High about 15 seconds or until just softened.
Substitute your favorite Oreo cookie flavor to make these brownie bars your own!
It is best to serve bars the day they are made. Leftover bars should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator, but the cookies on top will soften.
