How to make Turkey, Bacon and Swiss Biscuit Sliders

A twist on classic sliders, these stuffed biscuits are filled with turkey, bacon and Swiss cheese for a perfect appetizer at your next gathering, or a fun meal for the whole family.

  • can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle refrigerated Buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits)
  • slices Swiss cheese (1 oz each), cut into quarters (8 oz)
  • oz deli sliced turkey SAVE $
  • slices cooked bacon, cut into fourths
  • tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4teaspoon garlic powder
The Turkey, Bacon and Swiss Biscuit Sliders
recipe is incredibly easy. It contains simple ingredients that you should already have on hand. Pillsbury™ Grands!™(buttermilk biscuits), Swiss cheese, sliced turkey, slices cooked bacon butter(melted), galic powder.


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cut biscuits in half crosswise to make 2 halves. Press each piece into 5x2 1/2-inch rectangle. Place 1 piece of cheese on one half of each rectangle. Add layer of turkey, 2 pieces bacon, and top with another piece of cheese.

  3. Fold dough over filling (do not seal), and place in baking dish in 4 rows by 4 rows. Bake 30 to 34 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through and golden brown on top.

  4. In small bowl, mix melted butter and garlic powder; brush on top of warm biscuits. Serve warm.

Expert Tips

Flavor up your biscuit sliders with a fun dipping sauce. Make this 3-ingredient honey mustard sauce ahead of time so it’s ready when the sliders are done. In small bowl, mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup Dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon honey. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
These sliders are also delicious served with barbecue sauce or ranch dressing.
