My favorite combination: raspberries and dark chocolate. Inside a vegan, naturally dairy-free ganache with raspberry puree, Spiced Rum and a touch of spiciness with Cayenne Pepper, in 72% Dark Belgian chocolate, topped with tangy raspberry powder. I'm really proud of this original recipe.
