We don't use coffee extract, we use actual coffe, a nice Italian dark roast, resulting in an intense coffee flavor and a bit of graininess wich contrast with the very creamy cashew butter filling. My own favorite at the moment. Eco packaging with fair-trade parchment paper.
BitterHeart Chocolates Hand-made in small batches combining fine dark and white Belgian chocolate with luscious fillings using spirits, organic nuts, fruits, spices from local markets or imported, BitterHeart collection focuses on intense chocolates combined with flavors who rhyme with pleasure such as Cognac, Coffee, Absinthe, Tequila, Chilies, and glitter at times. The truffles vary with the seasons, and may be vegan and must be consumed within a month.
