The white chocolate used is the same as we always use an excellent Belgian blend, also for the dark 72% cacao. The blueberries are freeze-dried and then roughlyground which gives a bit of color to the white chocolate. Try also our raspberry-hazelnut, strawberry-almond and the new tangerine-pecan
