Pacari Chocolate, a family owned company based in Quito, Ecuador, offers the first premium organic chocolate made from bean to bar in Ecuador. After working with cacao growers for serveral years and studying chocolate making in Europe, Pacari founders Carla Barboto and Santiago Peralta created a line of dark chocolate with the finest flavor and texture imaginable. As artisanal producers, they make Pacari Chocolate in small batches with carefully selected organic ingredients to ensure the maximum flavor profile.
